Office 2010 64bit is NOT supported. 32 bit is OK.

Note : This product requires a COM Toolkit Runtime License.

Make sure the COM Toolkit is unlocked
Download Installation program
Make sure everyone is out of Exchequer
Run setup program, and point it to MAIN Exchequer directory. Ignore message about directory already exists
Open Excel and add PostTrans.xla add-in, add PostTransLookup.xla if needed. Answer "NO" to copy message.
Examples are added to "Start >> All Programs >> PostTrans"
