Exchequer Data Archive Service
Extracting seven years of financial data from Exchequer — along with everything required for a successful system migration — can be complex and time-consuming.
Comtek Accounts provides a streamlined, verifiable export to Excel workbooks, text files, or structured archives for your own systems.
What we do
Our service produces a complete archive of all financial records and printed documents. Larger data sets are exported as text files and consolidated into Excel for easy filtering and analysis. Each record can include a reference link to the original transaction document, supplied as a PDF stored on your network.
All exported transactions include matching details, dated and general notes, and — where applicable — a PDF link to the original source document.
