The Notes Plug-In displays General notes for an account or stock record, if any exist, when the user enters an account code or stock code in the following types of transactions:

Changing the Transaction types

The types of transaction that the Notes Plug-in pops up for can be changed in “Notes_Plug_Switches.ini” file.

The number of lines displayed can also be restricted.  This may be useful for restricting the number of dated notes displayed.

Install Software

        To install

                1)  Unzip the contains of file below into the Exchequer Enterprise directory

                2)  Following the instructions in the Manual

  4/4/2002 V1.0.0 Notes Plug-in files (822kb), including manual, in a Zip files. 

Upgrade Software

        Open the above ZIP file and extract "Notes.exe" to the Exchequer directory.
