Master Dialer for Exchequer Enterprise

Uses/Benefits:

Master Dialer Automatic Phone dialing

Master Dialer allows the Exchequer Enterprise users to use automatic dialing, with any TAPI compliant phone system, from within Exchequer Enterprise Ledgers.  Simply at a press of a button, the user is presented with a list of valid phones numbers to ring, for the currently selected account., therefore saving time and money.

Phone Numbers

When activated it offers the user the choice of dialing the telephone numbers read from Customer/Supplier records.  The Phone number can be placed in:

This allows additional phone numbers to be entered.

Customer/Supplier General/Dated Notes

If you have the COM Toolkit unlocked additional numbers can be added to the     

General/Dated Notes of the Customer/Supplier record:

Activation Points

The dialer can be activated from:

·       Customer/Supplier Ledger

·       Sales/Purchase Ledger

·       Within a Transaction

Requirements

1. TAPI compliant phone interface

2. Exchequer Enterprise V5+

3. COM Toolkit unlocked to use phone numbers in Customer/Supplier notes

Upgrade Software

        Open the above ZIP file and extract "Dialler.exe" to the Exchequer directory.
