	100% web-based, can be used anywhere! Microsoft CRM, runs from within a web browser, so users can access anywhere in the world. Remote synchronisation can be used to view Microsoft CRM information in Microsoft outlook, while on the road. Microsoft CRM also Links to handheld devices.
	Lead and opportunity management. Microsoft CRM automates leads routing and escalation. Convert leads to opportunities, track and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
	Sales module Microsoft CRM allows you to create quotes, convert them into orders or invoices. Master Link then posts these transactions into Exchequer Enterprise. Orders can be taken from anywhere in the world! Full account information at salesman's fingertips
	Easy creation of bespoke reports, which can be viewed anywhere in the world! Master Link pushes all account information to a Microsoft SQL database, which allows easy creation bespoke reports to be written based on Exchequer Enterprise information, such as transactional, telesales history, job costing and outstanding transactions/orders. These reports can be integrated within the Microsoft CRM. This uses our data warehouse technology.
	Service and support module. Microsoft CRM Service and support provides annual billing for service contracts plus knowledge-based system for support desks
	Take orders from the general public easily Simply enter as a contact in Microsoft CRM, and book orders/invoices to a cash account in Exchequer Enterprise
	Customised workflow. The Microsoft CRM includes workflow, which allows tasks to be automated within the workplace.
	e-mail management. Interface within Microsoft exchange to connect incoming and outgoing e-mails to contact within the Microsoft CRM

ComTek are alpha testing a new version of Master Link CRM to interface with the superb Microsoft CRM suite of software. In addition to the normal functions of a CRM package, the Microsoft CRM will allow users to create quotes, invoices and orders, using a simple web user interface, remotely via outlook, or by using PDA’s (released mid 2004). The Microsoft CRM also includes Support Contract Management, problem knowledge base module for support desk implementations.

Although this is a new market to Microsoft, they have increased their development team from 40 to 200 developers to further enhance the product. Version 2, which will be released early next year (2005), to incorporate any requests from current users for additional features such as Marketing Campaigns, ability to store bespoke object (Tables) and group scheduling etc.

We at ComTek, foresee that this product will take over the mid-range to corporate CRM market place, similar to the popularity of Word and Excel …
